Simplified and secure access
At Hey Aparthotel, we have adopted a decentralized reception system. 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive a personalized code allowing you to enter the building.
Once inside, you will find a double-door entrance/airlock equipped with 12 keyboxes where you can retrieve the key to your studio using a second code. This key gives you access both to the double-door entrance and to your studio.
We guarantee our assistance is available 7 days a week, from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, to which you can address all your questions or needs during your stay.
